Faith Children’s Home
Southeast Asia
Faith Children’s Home opened in July of 2022. It is a place that provides stability to children of misfortune. Here they can thrive, developing physically, mentally and spiritually. The administrator is a faithful servant of God who had prayed for an opportunity to open a home to help impoverished children in her country. Being an educator by profession, a mother and a church worker with young people, she is qualified to oversee the responsibilities associated with running a home for young children.
These children would not have an opportunity for a stable future without the Home. Next year, we will add more children as we have more financial support. We cannot help all the children in the World but we can help the ones that God leads to us. Will you help sponsor the Home and children with a donation now or a regular donation, either monthly or annually? You can donate by going to the DONATE button below.
Meet our present children (more will be enlisted this year):
Shalem - He is 10 years old. His father can no longer work and provide food or care for Shalem. The mother is very ill with heart problems and is too critical to be treated. Shalem will receive love, care and instruction at the Faith Children’s Home that will prepare him for a good future. He will attend school for the first time, be able to socialize and develop friends and have his needs met by a loving staff and care givers.
Moses - 8 years old. His father is a drunkard and does not take care of Moses. His grandmother was trying to care for him but is no longer able or willing. Living at the Faith Children’s Home, Moses will be enrolled in a good school, attend church weekly, have friends, eat a healthy diet and live in a clean environment.
Katta - 8 years old. The mother had a mental break down when the father abandoned the family. No one will accept responsibility for Katta’s care. He has not attended any school until now. At Faith Children’s Home, he will be enrolled in school and begin his education for a better future. He will develop mentally, spiritually, physically and socially. He will have good and adequate food to eat. The staff and care givers will provide devoted care so he can become a productive man.
Anish - His mother has a terminal heart condition, no medical care and unable to care for him. He has had no education.
Manoj - is 11 years old. He is from a very poor community. He cannot read or write.
Make a donation.
Teaching to Teach does not absorb any of the donations and all of the donated amounts go directly to cover the expenses of the Home. You will receive a receipt for tax donation purposes. Thank you for partnering with us to bring God’s love into the hearts and lives of these children. —Karen Stophel
